Today in the State Museum of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan the scientific -practical conference devoted to problems of preservation of cultural heritage was held and within its frameworks the presentation of the book «Milli mirasyň hazynasy» («Treasury of national heritage» also took place.

Third day of the cultural week in Ashgabat has started for the participants of a large-scale creative activity in the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Nisa”.

The second day of the Culture Week held in Ashgabat was marked by exhibitions, premieres, film screenings and concerts.

A large-scale forum, initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov and annually timed to coincide with Cultural and Art Workers Day, is aimed to preserve, deeply explore and widely popularize our people’s spiritual wealth, encourage professional growth of creative workers, and find new talents.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the participants of the Cultural Week started in Turkmen capital.

Ashgabat hosted the Culture Days of Tajikistan in Turkmenistan. The creative event is organized by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan jointly with the Tajik colleagues.

Ashgabat is preparing for the Week of Culture, which will be held on June 22-27 of this year in honor of the Day of Cultural and Art Workers.

At the State Circus, it was held a performance of Turkmen and American artists. The American delegation consists of the teachers and coaches who also successfully continue their work in the circus ring.

The event dedicated to 25 years of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and People’s Republic of China was organized by the Embassy of our country with the support of the Ministries of Culture of Turkmenistan and China as well as Peking Oil University.

In Ashgabat the international carpet exhibition organizers of which were the State Corporation ""Turkmenkhaly"" and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, was opened. The exposition developed in halls of the national museum of the Turkmen carpet and on colourfully decorated grounds of its adjoining territory - one of the bright actions dated to the holiday of the Turkmen carpet.
