According to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Meredov, the Turkmengaz State Concern plans to participate the upcoming international oil and gas exhibition and conference ""ADIPEC-2018"" that will be held in the capital of the United Arab Emirates - the city of Abu Dhabi on November 12-15 this year.

Prepared well in advance, a harvesting plan helps the harvest campaign ongoing in Dashoguz velayat to progress smoothly, and ensures the efficient use of high-performance combine harvesters.

Balkan velayat, where the harvesting operations started on June 13, has already harvested more than 33,500 tons of wheat on over a third of the total farmland planted to the crop. With the total area under wheat in the region reaching 57,000 hectares, this year local grain producers are aiming to achieve a production target of 120,000 tons.

The two-thirds of the cultivated crop have been harvested in the region as of June 20. More than 300,000 tons of wheat have been delivered to the receiving points of the Fatherland. The daily increase of threshed grain makes up 5,850 tons.

The grain harvesting campaign picks up the paces in all regions of the country. Turkmen grain growers are committed to harvest winter grain on time and without losses.

The grain harvesting campaign in the Eastern region of the country, as well as in all other velayats, takes place around the clock. The tenants and machine operators in the largest region in Lebap Velayat – Chardjev etrap achieve good results. This year, they have committed to deliver more than 60 thousand tons of selected grain to the receiving points. To date, the state order for grain harvesting has been fulfilled by almost 75 percent.

Having started the mowing of the harvest later taking into account specific local climate conditions, the grain growers of Balkan and Dashoguz Velayats try to increase the rates of works by proper organization of this responsible campaign.
