The capital of Germany hosted Turkmen – German business forum, for participation in which the delegation of country arrived in this European state. Current event was also aimed at further development of traditional dialog of friendship and beneficial cooperation of Turkmenistan with European countries, strengthening of positions of national branches in foreign market, improvement of their export, innovative and investment potential.

Provision of prosperous life of people, formation of all necessary infrastructure in cities and rural areas of the country are the priorities of the state policy. Numerous buildings, especially residential apartments with full set of amenities, in Ashgabat and regions are visual symbols of this success.

Provision of stable development of Turkmenistan, support of initiative entrepreneurship, innovative start-ups and technologies, establishment of joint and stock ventures, stock exchange and securities market, continuation of fundamental reforms in all branches were priority directions of home policy of the country in 2018.

The meeting with the delegation of the international company Petronas (Malaysia), headed by EVP, CEO, Mr. Datuk Mohd Anuar Bin Taib, took place in the administrative building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan. A number of proposals on the further development of partnership with Turkmenistan were presented during the meeting.

Macroeconomic indicators of January indicates stable development of the country

Development of recommendations for intellectual innovative development of petroleum industry including the projects of digital wells and deposits has to be one of the main direction of activity of profile scientific institutes, the Head of the State said at the session of the Government on February 8.

At the session of the Government on February 8, Vice-premier Ch. Gylyjov informed the Head of the State that Turkmenistan delegation is going to Germany on February 11 – 14 this year for participation in Turkmen – German business forum.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025 at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 1. Another phase of multilevel reforms of the Head of the State, further structural reorganization of the branches of national economy and entire system of the government administration has started after adoption of this strategic document.
