The last week’s events have determined the forward prospects for further advancement of our country with a glance to the comprehensive programs realized in Turkmenistan aimed at industrialization, development of high-technological branches of the economy, widespread adoption in industry of innovations and foremost endeavors.

Day by day, preparatory work for the crucial socio-political campaign – the elections of President of Turkmenistan scheduled for March 12, 2022 – is gathering speed.

A historically significant event in the life of our state and society – the session of Halk Maslakhaty of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, which was held in the capital’s «Maslahat köşgi» on February 11, was centered on the issues of the Motherland’s future fate. 

The past eventful week was a tangible evidence of successful realization of the state strategy of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, invariably committed to the course of constructive and interest-based dialogue in solving of the global and regional issues in the name of peace and progress, of the Motherland’s economic power and people’s welfare buildup.

Upgrading of realization rates of the country’s industrial development projects initiated by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, comprehensive development of velayats and the capital, advancement of large-scale architectural projects, revivification, protection and study of the national heritage and cultural-spiritual values, enhancement of international cooperation, further growth in prosperity of the people in the year proclaimed under the motto “Epoch of the people with Arkadag” – these were major subjects the past week’s events were concentrated on.

Taking the road of drastic progressive changes, Turkmenistan, day by day, enriches the chronicle of the contemporary epoch of power and happiness with new feats and glorious accomplishments. 

Against the background of the past week’s panorama of events, it is well worth putting spotlight on the regularity and consistency of the strides undertaken by our country to realize the initiated by the leader of nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov science-based strategic programs of the national economy complex fast-track development, which are the strong basics of the country’s next forward breakthrough toward new achievements and heights of the epoch of power and happiness of the Turkmen state.

In the inspired and joyful atmosphere, our people saw the New Year 2022, which picked up the baton of successes achieved in every sphere of the national economy complex. Over the past year, under the visionary and farsighted leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a great deal of work was accomplished to strengthen the country’s economic power and obtain steady growth in prosperity of the native people; the interrelations established between the states and international organizations entered on a qualitatively new phase.

The year 2021, proclaimed under the slogan “Turkmenistan – Home of Peace and Trust”, is nearing completion. Due to the progressive, innovatory policy pursued by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, our country moves confidently forward and makes great strides toward realization of grandiose changes in every sphere of economic and social life aimed at achieving major goal – to turn our Motherland into an industrially developed state with high living standards of the people.

Every day of the jubilee year proclaimed under the slogan “Turkmenistan – Home of Peace and Trust” our people mark with glorious events and labor victories. The head of state keeps initiating still more grandiose plans linked with full-scale realization of Turkmenistan’s gigantic economic and spiritual potential. Their successful implementation will serve as a powerful impetus for achieving higher records and, in the end, will ensure a colossal breakthrough of our country in different spheres of the national-economy complex.
