In order to further improve the national art of bagshy and the musical art of the Turkmen people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, enrich it with new, modern songs and musical works, popularise the grandiose achievements of our country, identify and (stimulate) talented young bagshy musicians, as well as reward the bagshy musicians who have particularly distinguished themselves in their performing skills, who successfully performed at the competition «Çalsana, bagşy!», held within the framework of the competition «Türkmeniň Altyn asyry», announced by the President of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence in the International Year of Peace and Trust, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the following citizens were declared winners of the above-mentioned creative review and awarded the gold chain of the President of Turkmenistan:

In accordance with the Constitutional Law of Turkmenistan «On the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan» and the Regulation on the Council of Elders of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, as well as for the purpose of organizational support for the work of the Council of Elders, I decree:

In the International year of peace and trust of the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in order to implement historical activities to develop national democratic principles, relying on the centuries-old experience of glorious ancestors in governing the state, ensuring broad participation of representatives of the public in solving important issues of state and public life, based on the principles of statehood, legality, continuing the path of glorious ancestors, following their wise precepts, creative improvement of achievements to strengthen the unity and cohesion of society, as well as the organised holding of a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan - the highest representative body representing the interests of the people of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:

In order to hold a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan in a solemn and highly organized atmosphere on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, the Presidium of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan resolves:

In accordance with the Charter of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Regulation on the Council of Elders under the Foundation, as well as for the purpose of organisational support for the work of the Council of Elders, I decree:

In order to significantly strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by great ancestors, and also on the occasion of «2025 - the International Year of Peace and Trust», the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of «2025 - the International Year of Peace and Trust», releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.

For the purposes of state registration of items representing national historical and cultural value and maintaining their State Register, as well as in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the protection, export and import of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for state registration of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage.

To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia Mashalov Muhammetnyyaz Badyyevich (city of Kuala Lumpur) simultaneously as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Thailand.

In order to achieve spiritual and physical health of the population, further improve the health of citizens, improve well-being and increase life expectancy in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, implement effective and comprehensive measures in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

To appoint Seyidov Dovletmammet Yazmammedovich as Chairman of the State Development Bank of Turkmenistan.
