In order to strengthen the state system of guaranteeing, ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan, fulfilling the country's international obligations in this area, as well as carrying out relevant work to enhance cooperation with international organizations in the humanitarian sphere, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, approving the National Action Plan in the field of human rights in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025.

In order to comprehensively organize activities to combat the spread of especially dangerous infectious diseases, as well as expand cooperation of Turkmenistan with the United Nations, its specialized agencies and the World Health Organization, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Country Preparedness Plan for Acute Infectious Disease Response.

In order to improve the activities of the Ministry of Education, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the structure of the central administrative office of the Ministry.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to conclude a contract with the individual enterprise "Myradym" for the design and construction with the improvement of the adjacent territory of the Ahal Velayat Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center in the new modern administrative center of the Ahal Velayat.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the "Türkmen atlary" State Association to change the legal status of the state enterprise "Goýumly oýunlar, hyzmatlar we üpjünçilik" affiliated to the "Türkmen atlary" State Association and transfer it into "Altyn Bedew" Closed Joint Stock Company.

In order to improve the work of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the structure of the central office of the Ministry Culture.

In order to implement the bilateral agreements between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as to develop relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the membership of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation for Turkmenistan.

In order to implement the bilateral agreements between Turkmenistan and Japan, as well as to further develop relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the membership of the Turkmen-Japanese Economic Committee for Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on rice production in Turkmenistan in 2021. According to the document, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, hyakimliks of Dashoguz and Lebap Velayats are instructed to ensure the production of rice in Saparmurat Turkmenbashi Etrap of the Dashoguz Velayat, in Darganatf, Dyanev, Chardzhev, Farab, Sayat, Halach, Hojambaz, Kerki, Dovletli and Koytendag etraps of Lebap velayat.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to distribute prizes awarded to the winners in horse races, horse beauty contests and equestrian competitions held in equestrian complexes of Turkmenistan among citizens, who contribute to horse breeding.
