In compliance with Articles 25, 54, 56, 72 and 73 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court”, the Ukase of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov sanctioned the following appointments:

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Bank Management Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan Dovletmyrat Amanmyradovich Mulkiev is appointed as Deputy Governor of the World Bank (Turkmenistan) and Deputy Governor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Turkmenistan).

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase “On moving a day off on the occasion of International Women’s Day”, according to which the day off is moved from March 8, 2015 to March 9, 2015.

By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan head of the State Information Agency of Turkmenistan Bekdurdy Amansaryev has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of the “Neitralny Turkmenistan” newspaper.

President of Turkmenistan , Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Ukase “On pardoning the convicted persons in honor of Turkmenistan’s State Flag Day” having released the convicted persons from further serving of their primary and additional punishments in the form of living in the law-sanctioned place of residence.

President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed the Laws of Turkmenistan “On making amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan”,

By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Haiytjanovich Myradov is appointed as Editor-in-Chief of “Esger” newspaper.

By the Ukase of President of Turkmenistan, Chary Akyevich Baimyradov was appointed as khyakim of Archabil etrap, Ashgabat city.
