In order to significantly improve the management of the transport and communications complex, I decree:

To appoint Chakyyev Mammethan Berdimyradovich as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.

To appoint Hudaygulyyev Hajymyrat Shihmyradovich as Minister of Communications of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.

To appoint Saburov Dovran Reimbayevich as the Chairman of the State Service «Türkmenhowaýollary».

To appoint Shanazarov Azat Hallyyevich as the Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan.

To dismiss Ishanov Rovshen Orazmyradovich from the post of hakim of the Berkararlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat.

To appoint Dovliyev Ysmayyl Yazmuhammedovich as the hakim of the Berkararlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat, relieving him of the post of deputy hakim of the Berkararlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat.

To dismiss Saparberdiyev Rahym Annamuhammedovich from the post of hakim of the Magtymguly etrap of the Balkan velayat as having failed to fulfill his assigned duties.

To appoint Didar Annamammedovich Meredov as the hakim of the Magtymguly etrap of the Balkan velayat, relieving him of his post as the hakim of the Etrek etrap of the Balkan velayat.

To dismiss Nurbayev Shatgeldi Chashemovich from the post of hakim of the Ruhubelent etrap of the Dashoguz velayat as having failed to fulfill his assigned duties.
