By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan»:
Honouring the unparalleled heroism shown on the battlefield by the participants of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the dedication of gray-haired mothers who worked in the rear at that time, taking into account their noble work in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, heroism, courage, strengthening the unity and cohesion of our people, contribution to the successful implementation of fundamental reforms in the country, and also on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, instructing the hakimliks of velayats, cities and etraps in honour of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in a solemn atmosphere to present war veterans with cash gifts in the amount of 200 manats and valuable gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan (Tokyo) Bayramov Atadurdy Haldurdyyevich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to New Zealand.
To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Türkiye (Ankara) Ishangulyyev Mekan Annamuhammedovich as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tunisia.
In order to encourage the winners of the competitions organised in the country in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state annually in April on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.
In order to regulate relations in the field of industrial safety in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for the development and approval of norms and rules in the field of industrial safety.

In order to organise preparations for state events on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence and to hold them at a high level in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which a corresponding Organising Committee was created and its composition was approved.
By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, police lieutenant colonel Atayev Vepaly Durdymuhammedovich was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
