In order to further enhance the world fame of the Turkmen Alabay - the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, and in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan №2222 «On holding competitions on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday» dated 9th of April, 2021, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order ordering that on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Holiday, on the 27th of October, 2024, in the city of Ashgabat, the International Competition «Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy» be held, as well as competitions among carpet makers, artists, sculptors, photographers, publishing workers and television cameramen for the artistic display of the image of Turkmen Alabay in works of fine and decorative and applied art, publishing products, in photographs, on television channels, approving the composition of the jury of the above competitions.

To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Yazmyrat Nurniyazovich Seryayev, as simultaneously the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Ireland (with residence in London).

To dismiss Yagmurov Atamyrat Badamovich from the post of hakim of the Bayramaly etrap of the Mary velayat as having failed to fulfill the duties assigned to him.

To appoint Chungayev Bayram Seylapberdiyevich as the hakim of the Bayramaly etrap of the Mary velayat.

Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Iranian people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as commemorative and gift badges.

Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Pakistan people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as commemorative and gift badges.

Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Russian people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Russian Federation Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as commemorative and gift badges.
