In order to successfully solve the tasks provided for in the «National Program for the Development of Civil Aviation of Turkmenistan for 2012-2030», as well as the consistent modernization of the aircraft fleet and ensuring flight safety, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the «Türkmenhowaýollary» Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers conclude a contract with Boeing (USA) for the purchase of 4 «Boeing 737-8 aircraft».
In connection with the accession of Turkmenistan to the «Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road Concerning the Electronic Waybill», as well as in order to further improve the execution of the waybill, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, instructing the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet Ministers to ensure the creation of an electronic information exchange system of the Electronic Waybill of the Agency «Türkmenawtoulaglary», as well as, together with the Ministry of Adalat, within a month, prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.
In order to successfully implement the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, ensure its reliable and effective integration into the structure of the world economy, as well as harmonize issues related to Turkmenistan's membership in the World Trade organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, in accordance with which a Working Commission was established to develop a Memorandum on the procedure for foreign trade of Turkmenistan, and its composition was approved.
In order to strengthen, within the framework of the National Strategy of Turkmenistan on climate change in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, control over the effectiveness of work to systematically reduce the volume of greenhouse gases, and mainly methane emissions that occur in various sectors of the economy, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which an Intersectoral Commission for the Reduction of Methane Emissions was created, and the composition of the above-mentioned commission and its Regulations were approved. mn
The large-scale activities carried out in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state in the name of the well-being and happy life of the people, the careful preservation and communication of spiritual values for future generations are also reflected in the development of the ancient national art of carpet weaving, which is an integral part of the world cultural heritage. In order to further develop the partnership between Turkmenistan and Georgia, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Georgian Commission for Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.
In order to successfully solve the tasks set for the development of the country’s agriculture, further increase the volume of agricultural and food products produced in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as the creation of guaranteed food abundance, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree ordering the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the Mary Velayat Khyakimlik to ensure the production of a generous harvest of sugar beet in the etraps of the abovementioned region using a scientifically based crop rotation in accordance with agrotechnical requirements.
In order to organize preparations for state events on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence and hold them at a high level in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree according to which the relevant Organizing Committee was created and its composition was approved.
In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, subject to which amendments and additions were made to the procedure for determining the cost of construction and repair work, approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 10217
