In order to successfully implement the provisions outlined in the Program “Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: the National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, promote socio-economic development of the regions, further improve the wellbeing of the population in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban planning look of the city of Arkadag, Akhal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, instructing:
In order to further improve the performance of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa” in the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the structure of the central office of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa”.
With a view of enhancement of efficiency of state control over storage and rational use of petrochemical goods in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to assign Türkmennebit State Concern to incorporate the State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods of Türkmennebitönümleri Department of the Concern and to rename it State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods and to approve the Provisions of the State Service for control over use of petrochemical goods of Türkmennebit State Concern.
In accordance with articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court”, I decree:
By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan”, 2nd class lawyer Magtymguly Soyunmamedovich Ovezgeldiev was appointed as the prosecutor of Arkadag city of Akhal velayat.
In order to further improve the activities of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly and the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi through the opening of UNESCO chairs in these universities, as well as in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On Legal Acts», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, ordering it to be included in the relevant documents additions of the following content:
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria (Vienna) Amannazarov Khemra Sapargylyjevich simultaneously Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Hungary.
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria (Vienna) Amannazarov Khemra Sapargylyjevich simultaneously Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Slovak Republic.
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (Brussels) Palvanov Sapar Begjanovich permanent representative of Turkmenistan at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium (Brussels) Palvanov Sapar Begjanovich head of the representative office of Turkmenistan at the European Union.
