For the great success and high results achieved in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, strengthening the economic power of the country, the implementation of state programmes, for the development of the agricultural sector of the national economy, as well as for the merits to the independent state and people of the country, many years of conscientious and exemplary work and, on occasion of the Turkmen Harvest Day, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on awarding the medal "Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin" to some citizens of the country.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Abdrahmanov Shahym was reprimanded for improper execution of official duties, weakening of control over the activities of under his supervision.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ch.Gylydjov was sent to Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic on November 5, 2021 to participate in the first European Union-Central Asia Economic Forum.

In accordance with the Resolution of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Head of the Ashgabat Police Department Vepaly Atayev was severely reprimanded for improper execution of official duties and shortcomings in his work.

For special merits in recognizing the permanent neutrality of independent Turkmenistan, strengthening friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as taking into account the great personal contribution to the development of long-term cooperation between the two countries in the political, economic, scientific, educational and cultural spheres, to award the Medal of Turkmenistan "Bitaraplyk" to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev.
