The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the Concept of improving the quality of teaching STEM subjects in Turkmenistan and the Action Plan for its implementation.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Italy (Rome), Toyly Komekov is appointed as the Resident Representative of Turkmenistan to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Let me extend my cordial congratulations on the beginning of work of international scientific conference “Neutral Turkmenistan – UNESCO: International cooperation in history and culture”, which is held in the year under slogan “Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality” on occasion of glorious 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of the country! Wishing to keep and strengthening friendly relations between our countries, I have made a decision to appoint MR. Luciano Galli as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Italy to Turkmenistan.

On December 3, the ministers of the OSCE member states held a regular session of the Council of the OSCE Member States in the videoconference format. The two-day online meeting, traditionally held at the end of the year, brought together the ministers of foreign affairs of the OSCE member states.

On December 3, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has received new Ambassador Extrordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Italy to Turkmenistan Luciano Galli, who presented his credentials to the Leader of the Nation.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening of the drug and other substances, which were seized from illicit trafficking, disposition complex as well as held offsite session of the State Security Council.

Representatives of the Mejlis took part in the online meeting of the parliamentary committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The agenda of the online meeting was the creation of the legislative framework for the development and application of artificial intelligence (AI).

Signing of big package of important documents has been held at the request of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov under International exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, which has been opened on the day before in the Exposition Center of the Trade and Industrial Chamber.

On December 1, an International Exhibition, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, opened at the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
