President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held joint session of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council where important subjects of the state life have been reviewed. The hyakims of the velayats and the capital have been invited to the session.

Visits of high-level delegations to our country and range of international events are planned in May.

On the instructions of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairperson of Mejlis of Turkmenistan Gulshat Mammedova received credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to Turkmenistan Qasim Mohamad Salim Al-Salhi.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with the participation of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers who is in charge of agricultural complex, and hyakims of the capital and velayats, having discussed current issues of social and economic development of the country, seasonal agricultural works as well as preparation to remarkable dates.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having ordered to hold international ahalteke horse beauty contest as well as contests among artists, sculptors, carpet makers, jewellers, photographers, publishers, designers, TV operators for the image of horses in the items of visual, decorative and applied arts, printing media, photographers and TV channels on occasion of National Turkmen Horse Holiday in Ashgabat on April 27, 2019.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his deepest condolences to President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena for multiple deaths and injuries in the terrorist attacks.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Korea, who is currently on the state visit in our country, have visited the largest industrial facility of Caspian region – polymeric plant in Kiyanly settlement.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in visited the largest in the region gas chemical complex in Kiyanly, built with the participation of large Korean companies - LG and Hyundai.

Speaking to the participants during the visit to polymeric plant in Kiyanly, President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in expressed the gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for warm welcome in Turkmen land and opportunity to visit petrochemical complex in Kiyanly.
