By the Resolution by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Hudayberdiyev, Batyr Hudayberenovich has been appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree, under which, for special contribution to the development of national culture, theater and cinema, art of singing and music, journalism, cultural and educational institutions; for educating the young generation of creative workers; taking into consideration great service to the state and the people, long-standing diligent work; and on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, the following cultural and art workers and media professionals have been conferred the following titles:

In accordance with Resolutions by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Nuryagdyyev, Rovshen Muhammetcharyyevich, and Annamuhammedov, Ezizgeldi Orazmuhammedovich, have been appointed Deputy Ministers of Finance and Economics.

October 6, Turkmenistan commemorates the Day of Memory - a national commemoration of the heroes who were killed in battlefields of all wars, as well as the victims of the Ashgabat catastrophic earthquake of 1948. On the occasion of the mournful date, national flags are lowered across the country, memorial moleben are held everywhere and Sadaqah (immolations) are given.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy has been established in Turkmenistan. President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a relevant decree at the enlarged Cabinet session, which focused on the running year’s nine-month state-of-the-economy results.

At the Cabinet session, held to sum up the nine-month state-of-the-economy results of 2017, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov relieved Cabinet Deputy Chairman O. Gurbannazarov of his acting appointment as vice-premier for economy, banking and international financial institutions.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the Government where outcomes of work of the branches of economy and social sector, implementation of the state programmes for nine months of the year were reviewed and the objectives for future period were outlined.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov replaced the chairman of the State Concern ""Turkmenkhimiya"". The Head of State made human resource decisions at an expanded government meeting dedicated to the results of 9 months of 2017.
