Heat laboratory of the State Benchmark Center received international accreditation

The laboratory of heat (temperature) of the State Benchmark Center of Turkmenistan successfully passed international accreditation from the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS) of the Slovak Republic and received a corresponding certificate. Deputy Prime Minister Myradov G., who is in charge of the financial and economic sector, told this at the government meeting. Also, information was heard about the activities of the State Service ""Turkmenstandartlary"", including the steps taken to strengthen the material and technical base of the State Benchmark Center, equipping it with modern technologies and measuring instruments and improving regulatory documents. After hearing the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that one of the main functions of the State Benchmark Center is to provide a unified measurement system used in all sectors of the Turkmen economy. It was stressed that the quality and safety control of the products and goods produced, the work performed and the services provided, must meet the generally accepted quality standards in world practice.
