President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a Decree “On pardoning convicted people in honor of National Spring Festival” to release convicted people from further serving their primary and additional punishment in the form of living in the law-sanctioned place of residence. The document has been signed in line with the tradition of clemency and true humanity to strengthen the unity of Turkmen society and every family.
