31 transactions were registered at the last week’s bids at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. In the foreign currency, entrepreneurs from Russia, the UAE, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Estonia made the deals for purchasing polypropylene and base oil, produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex; businessmen from the UAE and Malaysia – technical sulfur (“Turkmengas” SC). Besides, the deals in the foreign currency included cotton yarn, refined cottonseed oil and cotton fiber. The country-buyers were Switzerland, the UAE, Turkey, Iran, Singapore and others. The sum total of the deals exceeded US $ 36,427 thousand. For the domestic market, local businessmen contracted polymer granulate (Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex) and food wheat. The sum total of the deals was over 1,460,000 manats.
