Grain growers of Ahal, Lebap and Mary Velayat are the first to start winter crops harvesting

Integrated preparation to the grain crops harvest is carried out in Turkmenistan; working plan for its organized conduct has been developed. Information on the readiness of the regions to the beginning of the harvest of winter crops was given at the session of the Government on May 25. In this regard, the President of Turkmenistan noted that large-scale reforms carried out in agriculture give positive results. Growing rich harvests of agricultural crops, the farmers make considerable contribution to the provision of food abundance. The State make the most favourable conditions for their fruitful work. The success of the grain growers gives special pleasure. This year they have grown rich harvest of wheat, the Head of the State said. Having highlighted that the main objective of the grain growers is to collect the wheat harvest fast and without any loss, the President ordered to start harvest campaign on June 6 in Ahal, Lebap and Mary Velayats and on June 13 in Balkan and Dashoguz Velayats.
