Macroeconomic indicators indicate stable growth of Turkmen economy

The growth rate of the GDP by the outcomes of six months was observed on 6.2 percent level. The growth rate of production increased by 4.4 percent by the outcomes of six months of the year comparing with the same period of 2017. The growth rates of retail sale has grown by 19.7 percent comparing with the same period of the last year. Average salary wages increased by 9 percent comparing with the same period of the last year. Salaries, pensions, state allowances and students scholarships have been paid on time and in full volume. Construction of production, social and cultural facilities has been carried out in all velayats of the country dynamically in January – June. The volume of drawn investments from all sources of financing for the period was to the amount of 19.1 billion manats.
