New petrochemical complex was built within the period set out by the project and provided with advanced technologies and equipment from the world producers. The plant is supplied with the power from gas turbine generators as well as with the seawater treated by chemical method. High-class specialists have been trained for the work at petrochemical complex. The project was accomplished according to the programme of industrialization aimed at comprehensive realization of huge resource potential of the country, increment of export volumes of industrial products, especially the products demanded in the foreign mineral fertilizers markets.
