President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov who is currently on working trip to Balkan Velayat visited multifunctional sport complex in Avaza National tourist zone. In the morning, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in ‘Avaza’ Sport complex where he was met by Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of military and law enforcement agencies. Having greeted the officials, the President went to one of the gyms of the sport complex. It has all conditions for various sports, training of sportsmen and different competitions including on international level. ‘Avaza’ sport complex is equipped with modern specialized sport inventory and machines. Universal exercise machines provides efficient training for all group of users – experienced sportsmen and amateurs, and for different age categories. Having completed number of exercises, the Head of the State demonstrated excellent physical training, which is the result of regular training in various sport disciplines. After, the members of the Government divided into two team and had a volleyball match. After the training, the Head of the State enjoyed excellent sea view and architectural beauties of Avaza. Expanding its borders every year, this sea resort on clean Caspian coast is very popular in our country and raise growing interest abroad proving obvious perspectivity and success of this grandiose project. Favourable climate conditions and rich recreation potential of Avaza national tourist zone, orientation on the most modern technologies and innovations, advanced architectural, engineering and technical ideas, high level of service create all prepositions for this heavenly place of Turkmen land to become recognized centre of international tourism, recreational activity and sport. Having left the complex, the President of Turkmenistan went to Turkmenbashy. On his way, Turkmen leader looked around the facilities of National tourist zone, which territory has fashionable hotels, children health improving centres, comfortable cottages and villas for family holiday, multiprofile sanatoriums, cultural and entertainment complexes, parks and gardens. The Head of the State stopped at magnificent monument of “Caspian Pearl” built on the intersection of the road going to Turkmenbashy International Seaport. The President noted that it is necessary to combine the traditions for national architecture with modern achievements in construction while building similar objects and that they have harmonically merge to surrounding natural and urban environment. Having addressed number of assignments on this account to relative leaders, the Head of the State left the place of event.
