Our compatriots won seven medals (1– gold, 3 – silver, 3 – bronze) at the international traditional karate tournament, which ended in the city of Netanya (Israel). Over 100 sportsmen from 7 countries took part in the competitions. Rustem Annaev from our team, who had no match in single combats (junior groups), and became a gold medalist. Selim Myratdurdyev has won a bronze medal in the same group. The Turkmen karate master won the second prize – a silver medal in the junior competitions in kata (complex exercises). Didar Hojaev won another two medals – silver and bronze. He distinguished himself in the men’s group both in kata competitions and single combats. Rovshen Hudaiberenov has become a silver medal winner in single combats among juniors and Dovlet Berdiev, who performed in men’s kata competitions, has taken third place on the medal podium.
