Turkmen crews perform with success at the first round of the Snow and Ice Race World Cup

Turkmen racing crews on T2 Nissan Patrol vehicles took part in the first round of the Snow and Ice Racing World Cup Russia – Northern Forest 2019, which was held on February 14 – 17 in Karelia. 29 crews from 15 states participated in the international rally raid. Competing against the opponents from Argentina, Russia, Finland, Check Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Lithuania, our racers successfully covered quite complicated distance. The team of Muhammetmyrat and Shamyrat Gurbanovs took the second position while the team of Merdan and Shokhrat Toyliyevs were the third. Races in extreme climate conditions are the test for endurance and driving skills. Our sportsmen outstandingly managed the objective, participating in international competitions, the members of the Motor Sports Federation of Turkmenistan improves their skills, which would be used in coming high-level tournaments.
