30 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. Businessmen from Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Kazakhstan purchased low-sulfur heating oil and polypropylene, produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Businessmen from the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan among others purchased high-density polyethylene, produced at the Kiyanly polymer plant, businessmen from the Republic of Turkey purchased carbamide (“Turkmenhimiya” State Concern). In addition, businessmen from Russia, Turkey and Uzbekistan purchased colorless flat glass, portland cement and cotton yarn. The total amount of transactions exceeded 75.925 million US dollars. Businessmen from Russia, China, the UK, Turkey, the UAE and Armenia concluded transactions in deposit manats for cotton yarn, saraja and karakul wool to the total amount of more than 8.120 million manats.
