At the session of the Government on August 23, Vice-premier Mammethan Chakiyev informed the Head of the State on practical measures for strengthening of the potential of industrial complex by its diversification, realization of the Programme of industrialization of the country until 2030. In this context, it was also reported about the measures for improvement of organizational and legal framework and improvement of efficiency of facilities of textile industry. Proposals on the foundation of S. A. Niyazov Kypchak Textile Complex Open Joint Stock Venture and transformation of cotton waste treatment facilities in Byuzmeyin etrap into open joint stock ventures have been presented to the Head of the State for review. It is also planned to modernize these facilities by their provision with the latest high technological equipment. In this regard, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on priority subjects of national textile industry. Significant potential including necessary material base and modern production infrastructure, for expansion of which big investments are used, is available for its dynamic development. It was mentioned that further modernization of existing and opening of new facilities based on advanced technologies, increment of volumes of qualitative, eco-friendly and competitive production, expansion of its variety and export routes, attraction of investments are among important objectives. As is known the decision of increment of the fields under cotton has been made, the head of the State said, having highlighted that all produced yield of cotton has to be processed in our country and to export readymade goods, which have high consumer demand, to the world markets. The President approved presented proposals and gave specific instructions on continuation of steadfast work in this direction to the Vice-premier.
