Opening ceremonies of three apartment buildings and facility for production of decorative items from cast metal were held in Dashoguz Velayat. The events were timed to the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan Independence. New buildings have been built in administration centre of the velayat. 80 families of the citizens have moved to new houses. Two 4-storey panel buildings have been raised in Nowruz district by specialists of Dashoguz plant of ferro concrete items of the State enterprise Türkmendemirbetonönümleri. Each of the building has 32 four- and three bedroom apartments. Total area of 4-bedroom apartment is 125 square meters, 3 bedroom – 109 meters. Owing to modernization of production lines, Dashoguz plan for production of ferro concrete items has developed the production of panels for this type of houses. Four-storey 16 – apartment house was built by specialists of private company Bagtyýarlyk ýoly on Gurbansoltan – Eje street and is an example of implementation of ‘spot’ urban development when the facilities are built between existing houses, which allows using land and capabilities of existing communications more efficiently. New buildings have everything for comfortable living. Surrounding territory is developed. Same like in other cities of the country, construction of living in administration centre of Dashoguz Velayat has significantly expanded in the last year. Just in this year, several apartment buildings have been put into operation. Dozens of houses, which form new residential estates with all necessary social and cultural facilities, are built along Shagadam, Dashoguz and Gyorogly streets these days. New complex of residential houses and facilities, which is built according to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the area of 71 hectares, will be the biggest among them. It will have 70 four-story buildings for 1,496 families. First facility in the region for production of decorative cast metal items has been put into operation in S. A. Niyazov etrap. The facility belongs to the member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs E. Atamuradov. Metal profile made at the plant, various decorative production, cast items and other are designated for use during construction of houses and other facilities. Output of the facility, which is provided with high productive equipment from famous foreign manufacturers, is 6,552 tons per year. In addition to production workshop, the structure of the complex includes warehouse, shops, and canteen for personnel. Representative of local administrations, public organizations, elders and youth took part in the opening ceremonies. The atmosphere was highlighted by songs and dances. The best construction personnel received valuable gifts.
