Collection of Turkmenistan national team was added with four bronze medals at the Asian Junior Weightlifting Championship in the capital of the DPRK. In junior competitions, student of the 11th grade of the Olymp secondary sport school competed in the weight category of 67 kg and lifted 261 in total wining the fourth place, having lifted 121 kg (bronze medal) in clean and jerk and 140 in snatch (fourth place). Another Turkmen junior Shageldy Bayramgeldiyev went up to the third position of pedestal in the weight category of 81 kg. His result is 280 kg in two discipline. At the same time, the 11th grade student of the Olymp secondary sport school won bronze medal in clean and jerl (123 kg) and became the forth in snatch (157 kg). In the competitions in the weight category of 81 kg, the fourth grade student of Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports Rustem Annaberdiyev won bronze medal in clean and jerk – 146 kg and won the fifth place after the snatch discipline – 168 kg. His result was 314 kg and the fifth place in total. Representative competitions in Pyongyang, which gathered sportsmen from 16 countries of the world, including 8 Turkmenistan citizens are continued.
