Ten transactions were registered at the last week’s bids at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. In the foreign currency, entrepreneurs from China and Afghanistan made the contracts for purchasing technical sulphur, produced by the SC “Turkmengaz”. Besides, the deals in the foreign currency for purchasing spare parts for the engineering industry, refined cottonseed oil and cotton yarn were made by representatives of business circles of Great Britain, Switzerland, Tajikistan and other countries. The sum total of the deals was over US $1 million 83 thousand. For the domestic market, local businessmen purchased polypropylene (Turkmenbashy Oil Refinery Complex). The sum total of the deals exceeded 88 thousand manats.
