Production of Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex is leading by number of export transactions at the exchange trades

196 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. For foreign currency, businessmen from Afghanistan have bought base oil produced at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex and liquefied gas (SC Türkmengaz). In addition, cotton yarn and colourless sheet glass have been sold for foreign currency to UAE and Uzbekistan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 5,118,000 US dollars. For local currency, representatives of UAE business circles have bought cotton yarn to the amount of more than 1,610,000 manats. For local market, Turkmen entrepreneurs have bought polypropylene, petroleum bitumen, high-density polyethylene, hand-made carpets and cotton fibre. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 59,339,000 manats.
