Petrochemical production is leading by number of export transactions at exchange trades

60 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. For foreign currency, brokers from United Arab Emirates, Great Britain and Afghanistan have bought gasoline and road bitumen produced at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex as well as diesel fuel produced by Seydi Refinery. Polypropylene (SC Türkmengaz) was the subject of bargain between representatives of business circles from Russia and UAE. In addition, colourless sheet glass and cotton fabrics have been sold for foreign currency to Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Total amount of transaction has exceeded 38,576,000 US dollars. For local currency, businessmen from United Kingdom has bought cotton yarn to total amount of more than 223,000 manats. For local market, national entrepreneurs have procured high-density polyethylene (SC Türkmengaz) and carpet production to total amount of more than 35,831,000 manats.
