Representatives of the Ministry of Energy discuss perspectives of dialog with top managers of Japanese Sumitomo Corporation

Video conference session with representatives of Japanese Sumitomo Corporation was held in the Ministry of Energy. The subjects under review included development and perspectives of beneficial partnership in economic projects. Power energy sphere, transport and communication sector, agriculture and other spheres where consolidation of efforts seems to be more efficient were outlined among actual directions of cooperation of business circles of two countries. During the meeting, representatives of Japanese side proposed number of perspective ideas for expansion of contact in investment sphere and introduction of advanced technologies. According to them, realization of these projects will support activation of technological cooperation between Turkmenistan and Japan. At the same time, interest of Sumitomo Corporation in further expansion of its presence at perspective Turkmen market, which has all conditions for productive partnership, has been highlighted.
