The Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs held online meeting with Deputy Minister of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Musaybekov. Perspectives of expansion of interstate cooperation in sport sphere were the main subject of the talks where representatives of the Embassy of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan and heads of National Olympic Committees of both countries have been invited. The participants of video conference session gave high appraisal to rich experience in organization of international high-level sport competitions of both countries including V Asian Indoor and Martial Art Games in Ashgabat on 2017. It was mentioned that our country carries out qualified training of sportsmen, construction of modern multifunctional stadiums and other sport facilities meeting international standards. Having noted wide opportunities for intensification of traditional cooperation, the sides highlighted the necessity of exchange of practice in Olympic sports and establishment of close contacts between relative structures of two neighbouring states.
