For execution of the Law of Turkmenistan on Licensing of certain activities, further improvement of licensing procedure, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the list of licensing authorities on certain activities subject to licensing as well as amounts the state fee paid for license. The document assigns the Ministry of Finances and Economy together with the Ministry of Justice, ministers and departments engaged in licensing of certain activities to develop proposals on amendments and addendums of the legislation of Turkmenistan followed from the Resolution and to present it the Cabinet of Ministers. In addition, according to the document, it is recognized to consider the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 13180 on Improvement of organization of licensing activity in Turkmenistan from August 23, 2013 as voided.
