The ceremony of awarding diplomas to “Digital Management” course participants of the Graduate School of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan took place in Ashgabat. The short-term course was developed and implemented as part of a joint project with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP in March this year. Among the first course participants were 20 specialists from various ministries and departments of Turkmenistan. The new training course, which includes 10 disciplines, will help students master modern information technologies to improve the efficiency of government and organizations in digital transformation. In the framework of cooperation with UNDP, the strategy for development of the Academy of Public Service was drafted, which in recent years has promoted establishing productive relations with foreign colleagues.
