M. Garriyev State Medical University has hosted a conference dedicated to the Day of Health Protection and Medical Industry Personnel of Turkmenistan. Honoring of medical personnel, who received the state awards and badges to honored titles according to the Order of the President as well as award ceremony of title of Honored Professor of the University to the group of foreign specialists have been held during the event. The participants of the forum have listened to the greeting message of Turkmen leader with enthusiasm. Interested exchange of views on achievement of Turkmenistan in health protection sphere have been held during the meeting. Today, health protection of people is a comprehensive system that includes number of determining factors like construction of super modern medical, scientific and clinical centers, treatment and preventive facilities, solution of ecological objectives, development of sport movement and active leisure infrastructure as well as assertion of the principles of healty life style in society. Positive experience accumulated by our country in health protection sphere is recognized by the world community and competent international organizations including the UN and its biggest structure like the World Health Organization, Children Fund and other, with which Turkmenistan works actively and efficiently. After the plenary part, honoring ceremony of the best medical personnel of the country and group of foreign specialists who made deserving contribution to improvement of health protection system of Turkmenistan has been held.
