119 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. Businessmen from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased gasoline produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Businessmen from Russia, the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan also bought technical sulfur, liquefied gas and gasoline (GC “Türkmengaz”). Moreover, Russian businessmen purchased fine-grained potassium chloride (GC “Türkmenhimiýa”). Businessmen from the Russian Federation, China, UAE, Turkey, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan purchased plain-dyed and jacquard terry products and cotton yarn to the total amount of US$ 22.929 million. Businessmen from China, the United Arab Emirates, the UK, Scotland, Qatar, India, Kazakhstan and Armenia concluded transactions in deposit manats for cotton yarn to the total amount of more than 38.903 million manats. Turkmen businessmen purchased polypropylene, hand-made carpets and plastic products to the total amount of over 47 million manats.
