The award ceremony of the winner of creative contest for the best image of Turkmen horse in visual, decorative and applied arts, printing production, photos, on TV channels announced among artists, sculptors, carpet makers, photographers, printing personnel, designers and TV operators has been held in Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President on April 23.

The best works presented at the contest were selected according the categories like the best carpet, the best jewelry, the best picture and picture and sculpture of the horse, as well as printing production, photo and TV plot.

On behalf of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Tolkun TV sets and relative certificates were awarded to the following winners: production and quality specialist of Ashagabat Art Carpet Facility G. Orazova for the best carpet picturing Turkmen horse «Behişdi bedew»; teacher of drawing and painting of specialized secondary school no. 42 of Ashgabat E. Annaberdiyeva for horse decoration «Garlawaç – At şaý-sep toplumy»; fifth grade student of the Painting Department of the State Art Academy of Turkmenistan Sh. Orazliyev for the best picture «Türkmen toýy».

The prizes from the head of the state have also been awarded to the teacher of the Sculpture Department of the State Art Academy of Turkmenistan M. Hojainov for the sculpture composition «Türkmenistan – parahatçylygyň we ynanyşmagyň Watany»; photographer of the State News Agency of Turkmenistan M. Roziyev for the best printing production – the photos of Turkmen horse «Türkmeniň uçar ganaty», TV operator of the «Watan habarlary» department of «Altyn asyr: Türkmenistan» TV and radio channel of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography B. Ramazaov for the best television footages «Türkmen bedewi».
