President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with the King of Bahrain Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa.

In the beginning of the conversation, the King of Bahrain extended deep condolences and sincere support to the head of the state on passing of his father Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov and wished Turkmen leader and his family to be strong in these hard days. 

Having expressed gratitude to the King of Bahrain for condolences and good wishes, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of support demonstrated by close friend in these hard days.

Continuing telephone conversation, the sides discussed current matters of Turkmen – Bahraini cooperation, which is built on beneficial and long-term basis. Having expressed satisfaction with current level of interstate dialog, the sides confirmed the willingness to continue strengthening fruitful relations in all directions.

Taking the opportunity, the leaders of two friendly countries have exchanged the congratulations and best wishes on occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan.

In the end of the conversation, the head of Turkmenistan has again extended his gratitude to the King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa for warm words of support and wished him strong health, prosperity and success and peace and wealth to the people of Bahrain.
