Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ruslan Kazakbaev.

Key areas of bilateral cooperation were discussed during the conversation. The parties underlined the importance of intensifying political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic.

The parties also emphasized the importance of developing a dialogue between heads of relevant ministries and departments in order to intensify multifaceted interstate cooperation.
