Today in Avaza national tourist zone the next meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek committee for trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation took place.

Agreements reached during meetings and summit talks, promising plans urged to bring political, trade and economic and cultural contact between two countries to higher levels.

During the meeting representatives of various ministries and branch departments of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan planned concrete steps of further development of partnership. The parties underlined urgency of realisation of joint large scale infrastructural projects, including buildings of new transport-transit corridors.
