This is proved by the reports of a number of etraps of Ahal, Lebap, as well as Dashoguz and Mary velayats on the fulfillment of contractual obligations for the procurement of raw cotton.

Thus, agricultural workers of the Geokdepe etrap, Ahal velayat harvested more than 12,500 tons of "white gold" and agricultural workers of the Ak Bugday etrap - over 43,300 tons.

Agricultural workers of Chardjev and Darganata etraps of Lebap velayat harvested more than 61,600 tons and over 6,500 tons of cotton respectively.

Agricultural workers of S.A. Niyazov etrap, Dashoguz velayat also fulfilled their contractual obligations, having delivered over 40,500 tons of "white gold" to the receiving points of the country.

Cotton growers of the Karakum etrap of the Mary velayat harvested over 49,900 tons of raw cotton.
