President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Federal Republic of Germany.

Having noted with satisfaction the high level of dynamics in interstate relations over the past period, which are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the leader of the nation, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is showing great interest in further expanding mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation, expressed confidence that bilateral relations will continue to develop and strengthen in the future for the wellbeing of the peoples of the two countries.

“Turkmenistan highly appreciates the interstate relations established with Germany in recent years and attaches particular importance to their further development in all priority areas”, the head of state emphasized, pointing out the great potential for progressive development and expansion based on the principles of mutual respect, equality and trust in cooperation in various sectors, including the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields, and expressed confidence that the mutually beneficial Turkmen-German cooperation would continue to consistently improve, being brought to a higher level in the interests of both peoples.

The head of state took the pleasant opportunity to express sincere wishes to Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz for sound health, happiness and wellbeing, and to the people of the country for progress and prosperity.
