President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the United Mexican States Andrés Manuel López Obrador and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the United Mexican States.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted in his message, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that, thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of state expressed his sincere wishes to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador for good health, happiness and well-being, and for the people of Mexico - progress and prosperity.
