President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of Finland Sauli Väinämö Niinistö and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Finland.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted and, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, expressed confidence that thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop steadily in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere wishes to President Sauli Väinämö Niinistö for good health, happiness and well-being, and to the people of the Republic of Finland - progress and prosperity.
