President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of Romania Klaus Iohannis and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Romania.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that cooperation between our countries would continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan expressed wishes of good health, happiness and well-being to President Klaus Iohannis, and to the people of Romania progress and prosperity.
