President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic Armenia.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that, thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the Head of State wished President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan good health and happiness, and peace, further progress and prosperity to the entire people of the Republic of Armenia.
