President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his cordial congratulations and best wishes to Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in connection with his appointment to the post of Vice President of the United Arab Emirates.

“We highly appreciate efficient cooperation established between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates. At present, our bilateral relations develop in different areas and are supplemented with the new content. Bilateral visits made at high level and talks held within their framework give an impulse for further intensification of our cooperation“, – President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pointed out in his message. 

Availing of the opportunity, the head of the state expressed to Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan his acknowledgment for his personal contribution in development of Turkmen-Emirates relations, expressing his firm confidence that at his new post, cooperation will be further expanded and also expressed his sincere wishes of sound health, happiness and successes at his high state post.
