Today, in the administrative centre of Mary velayat the opening of the pharmacy, which belongs to the individual enterprise “Tebigat Çeşmesi” - a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, took place.

Performances of workers of culture and art added a special colour to the event and festive mood of its participants. Words of gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar, who successfully carry out socially oriented policy, dictated by care of public health, sounded.

As was marked by speakers, within the framework of realization of the national program “Saglyk”, developed with direct participation of National Leader of the Turkmen people of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and now successfully realised by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in regions of the country, construction of public health services projects, where at the disposal of people the latest medical technologies are put, proceeds.

Today, the strategy of Turkmenistan in this area is directed to adoption of preventive measures with a view of public health protection, timely rendering of qualitative medical services to population, popularisation of principles of healthy way of life, attraction of people, especially the youth, to practice of physical culture and sports.

Thus, the pharmacy opened in Mary filled up the list of profile establishments. Its total area - 500 square metres. Here all conditions for work of pharmacists are created.

In the new pharmacy several units and as many as cash desks, which are provided by modern equipment operate and are connected to the digital system. Here one can get various medical products, medicines of foreign countries and also those made in Turkmenistan, including tinctures from medicinal herbs growing on the Turkmen land. The main thing is that all these quality medicines are available for reasonable prices.

The pharmacy works without interruption and days off and its staff consists of qualified experts. It allows not only to serve quickly clients, but also to give them necessary advice. The work of help desk here is also adjusted.

Transformation carried out today in the system of public health services have provided harmonious development of medical industry. So, in the country hundred types of medical products, capable to compete with production of advanced commodity producers are made. Pharmacists in the work rely upon data from multivolume scientific work of Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Medicinal plants of Turkmenistan”, constantly increasing assortment and volumes of output of medical products.

The further modernisation of system of national public health services demands an innovative approach.
